Individual Contributor License Agreement (“Agreement”)

Thank you for Your interest in Bucket List Private Limited and its website BLTC). In order to clarify the Copyright by license granted with Contributions from any person or entity, BLTC must have a Contributor License Agreement (“CLA”) that has been agreed upon by each Contributor, indicating agreement to the license terms below. This license is for Your protection as a Contributor as well as the protection of BLTC and its users; it does not change Your rights to use Your own Contributions for any other purpose.You accept and agree to the following terms and conditions for Your present and future Contributions submitted to the BLTC. In return BLTC shall not use Your Contributions in a way that is contrary to or inconsistent with the laws in force at the time of the Contribution.

Except for the license granted herein to BLTC and recipients of distributed by you reserve all right, title, and interest in and to Your Contributions.

1. Definitions.

1.1. “You” (or “Your”) shall mean the copyright owner or legal entity authorized by the copyright owner that is making this Agreement with the BLTC. For legal entities, the entity making a Contribution and all other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with that entity areconsidered to be a single Contributor.

1.2. “Contribution” shall mean any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to an existing work, that is intentionally submitted by You to BLTC. For the purposes of this definition, “submitted” means any form of electronic, or written communication sent to BLTC or its representatives, including but not limited to communication on electronic mailing lists

2. Grant of Copyright License.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to BLTC and any of its associates and affiliates, a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).


3. Representation.

3.1. You represent that you are legally entitled to grant the above license. If any third party has rights to intellectual property of the Contributions, you represent that you have received permission to make Contributions. BLTC shall not be held liable jointly and severally for any manner of copyright infringement.

3.2. You represent that each of Your Contributions is Your original creation. Furthermore You agree that all Contributions are given voluntarily

3.3. Your Contributions on an “AS IS” basis, without any warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

3.4. You  represent that Your Contribution submissions include complete details of any third-party license or other restriction of which youare personally aware and which are associated with any part of Your Contributions.

3.5. You agree to notify BLTC of any facts or circumstances of which you become aware that would make these representations inaccurate in any respect.

3.6.You agree that the content contributed by you is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.


4. Choice Of Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by mandatory, final and binding arbitration in Kochi, India.The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time


5. Severability

In case any provision in this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, thevalidity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
